About the Role
We're looking for a Template Developer. Working under the Delivery Manager, you’ll help create dynamic, responsive templates that power excellent user experiences.
This role is perfect for someone with 2–3 years of HTML and CSS experience, who has an eye for detail, enjoys bringing designs to life, and is eager to upskill in Sassy CSS(SCSS) and Prince XML.
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)
- With at least 2–3 years of web developerexperience.
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Exposure to email best practices.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Amenable to working on-site in our Cebu office (IT Park, Cebu City)
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Sassy CSS(SCSS), and Prince XML.
- Knowledge of email accessibility (WCAG,EAA).
- Hands-on with design tools: Figma, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD.
Task and Responsibilities
- Build dynamic template solutions using the client’s proprietary tools.
- Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Client Success Specialists, and Managers.
- Maintain a clean version control using GitHub.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure pixel-perfect output.

Most of our clients are in Australia, so most roles follow a PH time day shift work schedule.
Most clients follow standard business days (Monday to Friday), so VAP follows a weekend rest day schedule.
You’ll follow your client’s AU public holidays. This means you’ll work on PH holidays but with PH holiday premium pay.
Holiday Break: We offer a 2-week paid holiday break from Christmas to New Year. If your client requests you to work during this time and you agree, you’ll receive Rest Day overtime pay.
Yes, we provide both vacation and sick leave. Vacation leave is not convertible to cash, as we encourage work-life balance and want our staff to enjoy their time off. Unused vacation leave carries over to the next year.
We offer sign-on bonuses occasionally, depending on the role. Yes, these are taxable.
