Real Estate Administrator

About the Role

We’re looking for a Real Estate Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience in property management, whether in real estate, rentals, Airbnb, or strata. You’ll play a vital role in keeping daily operations seamless, managing client communication, digital documentation, scheduling, and other essential administrative tasks.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)

  • 1–2 years of experience in property, real estate, Airbnb, or strata management in a local or international setup.
  • With at least 3 years of cumulative professional working experience.
  • Prior administrative support experience, ideally in an outsourcing setup
  • Strong customer service and phone handling skills (experience with elderly clients a plus)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Professional communicator—polite, confident, and assertive when needed
  • Tech-savvy and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with tools like OneDrive, DocuSign, or property management platforms
  • Amenable to work onsite in our Cebu office (IT Park, Cebu)

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication (calls, emails, inquiries)
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and schedules
  • Organise and maintain cloud-based files via OneDrive
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on DocuSign documents
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, tenants, or residents
  • Communicate with stakeholders in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Provide general administrative support across the team
