Richard Houston brings more than 25 years of mortgage broking, lending and business leadership experience to VA Platinum.

He has founded and grown mortgage broking businesses, built a national aggregation network supporting more than 1,300 brokers, and managed a retail operation comprising 65 mobile lenders and 50 administration staff. Richard has also led broker sales teams, developed training and compliance programs, and introduced CRM and workflow systems.

Having worked across every stage of the mortgage process, Richard understands the administrative workload, compliance requirements and operational challenges facing brokers.
