Senior Recruitment Sourcing Specialist
On-site (IT Park Cebu)
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Sourcing Specialist to build and maintain strong applicant pipelines for multiple roles across businesses and clients in Australia. You’ll combine sourcing, market research, channel performance, and data analysis to support high-volume and specialised hiring needs.
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sourcing, marketing, and costing, preferably in a Virtual Assistant or similar industry
- Experience sourcing specialised and niche roles
- Experience in both Sourcing and Recruitment is a plus
- Knowledge of various job platforms and their performance
- Experience handling high-volume and robust hiring
- LinkedIn or LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a must
- Familiarity with various job platforms and sourcing tools
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent administrative, organisational, and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, high-demand, and fast-paced environment
- Able to meet tight deadlines and targets
- Sound judgment and strong decision-making skills
- Highly adaptable to changes
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with video calls and conferences
- Amenable to working onsite in our Cebu Office (IT Park, Cebu City)
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining a strong applicant pipeline by always being on top of creative ideas, initiatives and perks to meet robust hiring requirements either for immediate roles or succession planning
- Identify and suggest effective sourcing channels while eliminating non-generating ones
- Determine, update and manage the level of performance per channel
- Keep regular tracking of cost per channel
- Extract, analyse, and present data from different channels
- Do budget forecasting and present a simplified report and data when seeking approval
- Daily ad-hoc sourcing tasks
