HR Business Partner

About the Role

We’re looking for an HR Business Partner who can act as the main point person for implementing and executing Human Resource plans and programs. The incumbent will play a key role in managing the successful outcomes of employee relations matters, mitigating corporate risk, and contributing to the overall positive effect of the Human Resources team.

Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Law or equivalent required
  • A minimum of 5+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 3 years of substantial experience in Human Resources, Wellness, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Philippine labour regulations, workplace health and safety
  • Any certifications or continuing education are a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven effective project and time management skills
  • Highly collaborative, critical thinker and interpersonal skills
  • Attentive to detail, proactive, and creative
  • Has a high level of integrity
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office and Google Tools
  • Amenable to working on-site (IT Park Cebu)

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Monitor team morale through engagement and climate surveys
  • Motivate employees via coaching and relationship building
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and practices
  • Drive continuous performance improvement and talent development
  • Design and implement culture-focused employee programs
  • Communicate organisational changes effectively across teams
  • Provide actionable HR insights through cross-functional collaboration
  • Identify and enhance HR processes for better efficiency
  • Proactively address risks and employee concerns with early warning systems
  • Lead engagement survey planning, execution, and follow-through
  • Build strong internal relationships across all departments
  • Support employees during challenging situations with empathy
  • Apply sound judgment and business acumen in HR decisions
