Compliance Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to monitor remote work activity, review time-tracking data, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. You will analyse productivity reports, identify discrepancies, prepare audit findings, and support process improvements that strengthen accountability across remote teams.

Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)

  • Solid experience in compliance, auditing, quality assurance, workforce monitoring, or similar analytical roles
  • Hands-on experience reviewing time-tracking data, productivity reports, or employee activity records
  • Experience using tools such as Time Doctor or similar monitoring and reporting platforms is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and compliance risks
  • Excellent attention to detail when reviewing large volumes of data and reports
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills, including preparing audit findings and recommendations
  • Experience supporting remote or distributed teams is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of data confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder coordination
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining objectivity and professionalism

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Review time-tracking data, activity logs, screenshots, and productivity reports for accuracy and compliance
  • Conduct audits to identify irregularities, discrepancies, or potential policy violations
  • Analyse employee activity trends and provide compliance insights to management
  • Investigate unusual patterns and recommend corrective actions when required
  • Prepare daily reports highlighting audit findings, trends, and improvement areas
  • Support the development and improvement of time-tracking policies and compliance processes
  • Provide recommendations to improve monitoring workflows and operational efficiency
  • Educate employees on time-tracking standards and proper system usage
  • Maintain accurate audit records and compliance documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance concerns and process improvements
