About the Role
As an Australian Mortgage Broking Loan Processor, you’ll be responsible for preparing and managing loan applications for Australian mortgage brokers. Your role includes verifying client information, ensuring compliance with lender policies, liaising with clients and lenders, and tracking applications from submission to settlement. You’ll keep records organized, follow up on pending documents, and proactively address any issues to ensure a seamless loan approval process. Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)
- Must have completed 2 years in college (any course). Having Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is a plus
- With at least 1 year of solid experience supporting an Australian Mortgage Broker or Broking Firm
- Experience with ApplyOnline (preferred but not required) or other mortgage processing software
- Reviewing loan applications meticulously to identify and correct errors before submission
- Effectively managing multiple loan files at once while meeting deadlines
- Professionally interacting with clients, brokers, and lenders to ensure a smooth loan process
- Handling challenges efficiently and providing solutions to ensure smooth loan processing
- Employee work set-up will be dependent on the client’s discretion
Task and Responsibilities
- Ensuring all required documents are collected and completed accurately before submission.
- Entering client details into lender portals and verifying information for accuracy.
- Communicating with lenders, clients, and brokers to track application progress and obtain any missing information.
- Ensuring all applications meet lender requirements and compliance regulations.
- Maintaining organized records of loan applications, approvals, and settlements.
- Keeping brokers and clients updated on the status of loan applications and proactively addressing any issues.

Yes, we provide HMO coverage.
Most of our clients are in Australia, so most roles follow a PH time day shift work schedule.
Most clients follow standard business days (Monday to Friday), so VAP follows a weekend rest day schedule.
You’ll follow your client’s AU public holidays. This means you’ll work on PH holidays but with PH holiday premium pay.
Holiday Break: We offer a 2-week paid holiday break from Christmas to New Year. If your client requests you to work during this time and you agree, you’ll receive Rest Day overtime pay.
Yes, we provide both vacation and sick leave. Vacation leave is not convertible to cash, as we encourage work-life balance and want our staff to enjoy their time off. Unused vacation leave carries over to the next year.
We offer sign-on bonuses occasionally, depending on the role. Yes, these are taxable.
Salary packages depend on your skills, background, and relevant work experience aligned with the role.
