About the Role
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue by identifying prospects, presenting solutions, and closingdeals. This role manages the full sales cycle, from lead generation tofollow-up, while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business growth.
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Experience)
- Proven experience in training, coaching, or facilitation of staff
- Experience in sales, preferably B2B or B2C
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
- Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Strong organisational, time management, and follow-up skills
- Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable being measured on performance
- Experience in professional services, technology, or consumer products is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Generate leads through outbound and inbound efforts
- Present products or services to prospects and conduct demos or consultations
- Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining company profitability
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Tracks sales metrics and report performance to management
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to optimise sales strategies
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

Most of our clients are in Australia, so most roles follow a PH time day shift work schedule.
Most clients follow standard business days (Monday to Friday), so VAP follows a weekend rest day schedule.
You’ll follow your client’s AU public holidays. This means you’ll work on PH holidays but with PH holiday premium pay.
Holiday Break: We offer a 2-week paid holiday break from Christmas to New Year. If your client requests you to work during this time and you agree, you’ll receive Rest Day overtime pay.
Yes, we provide both vacation and sick leave. Vacation leave is not convertible to cash, as we encourage work-life balance and want our staff to enjoy their time off. Unused vacation leave carries over to the next year.
We offer sign-on bonuses occasionally, depending on the role. Yes, these are taxable.
