About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment function, oversee hiring operations, and drive talent acquisition strategies. You will manage a team of recruiters, partner with business leaders, and ensure the company consistently attracts and hires high-quality talent.
Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)
- At least 7 years of recruitment experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in high-volume hiring and talent acquisition strategy
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop recruitment teams
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience using recruitment metrics and reporting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- BPO, outsourcing, or shared services recruitment experience is highly preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for both volume and specialist roles
- Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Experience with Workable, Greenhouse, Zoho Recruit, Taleo, or similar ATS platforms
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and drive process improvements
- Partner with department leaders on workforce planning and hiring needs
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations and candidate experience
- Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Strengthen employer branding and sourcing initiatives
- Manage ATS, recruitment tools, and reporting processes
- Present hiring insights and recommendations to leadership

No, as a stable internet connection is a non-negotiable requirement. However, we offer a competitive salary package above market rate, and our offices remain open for staff experiencing internet or electricity issues.
Yes, we provide HMO coverage.
Most of our clients are in Australia, so most roles follow a PH time day shift work schedule.
Most clients follow standard business days (Monday to Friday), so VAP follows a weekend rest day schedule.
You’ll follow your client’s AU public holidays. This means you’ll work on PH holidays but with PH holiday premium pay.
Holiday Break: We offer a 2-week paid holiday break from Christmas to New Year. If your client requests you to work during this time and you agree, you’ll receive Rest Day overtime pay.
Yes, we provide both vacation and sick leave. Vacation leave is not convertible to cash, as we encourage work-life balance and want our staff to enjoy their time off. Unused vacation leave carries over to the next year.
We offer sign-on bonuses occasionally, depending on the role. Yes, these are taxable.
Salary packages depend on your skills, background, and relevant work experience aligned with the role.
