Recruitment Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment function, oversee hiring operations, and drive talent acquisition strategies. You will manage a team of recruiters, partner with business leaders, and ensure the company consistently attracts and hires high-quality talent.

Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)

  • At least 7 years of recruitment experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience in high-volume hiring and talent acquisition strategy
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop recruitment teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using recruitment metrics and reporting
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • BPO, outsourcing, or shared services recruitment experience is highly preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for both volume and specialist roles
  • Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Experience with Workable, Greenhouse, Zoho Recruit, Taleo, or similar ATS platforms

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and drive process improvements
  • Partner with department leaders on workforce planning and hiring needs
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations and candidate experience
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Strengthen employer branding and sourcing initiatives
  • Manage ATS, recruitment tools, and reporting processes
  • Present hiring insights and recommendations to leadership
