Customer Service Representative

About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will handle communications via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Must have completed 2 years in college (any course) or completed senior high school
- With at least 3 years of work experience in the field of BPO or call center industry, customer service or sales, e-commerce or marketing. Overall, any experience in customer service is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Tech-savvy with good customer service skills
- Excellent Analytical & Problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail skills
- Amenable to working on-site (either IT Park Cebu / Robinsons Cybergate Delta Davao)
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)
- Handling average volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Manage incoming emails, emails, faxes & message bank
- Sales support, (e.g., Assisting with client appointment booking, research into client recommendations, quoting, processing, filing, and preparing client documents).
- Client service, (e.g., attend to client query and request).
- Maintenance of client databases and creation of files.
- Processing applications, renewals, or changes to existing client records.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance.
