Customer Service Representative

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will handle communications via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Must have completed 2 years in college (any course) or completed senior high school
  • With at least 3 years of work experience in the field of BPO or call center industry, customer service or sales, e-commerce or marketing. Overall, any experience in customer service is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Tech-savvy with good customer service skills
  • Excellent Analytical & Problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail skills
  • Amenable to working on-site (either IT Park Cebu / Robinsons Cybergate Delta Davao)

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)

  • Handling average volume of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Manage incoming emails, emails, faxes & message bank
  • Sales support, (e.g., Assisting with client appointment booking, research into client recommendations, quoting, processing, filing, and preparing client documents).
  • Client service, (e.g., attend to client query and request).
  • Maintenance of client databases and creation of files.
  • Processing applications, renewals, or changes to existing client records.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance.
