AI Automation Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and solutions-driven AI Automation Lead to design, implement, and manage automation solutions across multiple business departments. This role focuses on improving workflows, reducing manual work, and driving operational efficiency through AI tools, automations, and system integrations.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone passionate about AI, automation, process improvement, and emerging technologies.

Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)

  • Experience in AI automation, workflow automation, or business systems improvement
  • Hands-on experience using Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and AI-assisted workflows
  • Basic coding knowledge in JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, or similar languages
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and workflow connections
  • Anthropic certification is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong documentation and process improvement skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Preferably with experience building AI agents or AI-powered workflows
  • Preferably with exposure to CRM, ATS, ERP, or e-commerce systems
  • With a conducive workspace at home.
  • Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Identify repetitive processes and build automation solutions
  • Design AI-powered workflows across HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service
  • Build and maintain automations using AI and workflow tools
  • Integrate business systems, CRMs, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Support APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
  • Create and maintain scripts for workflow improvements
  • Automate reports, dashboards, and recurring operational tasks
  • Create SOPs, process documentation, and training materials
  • Train teams on approved AI and automation tools
  • Troubleshoot automation issues and improve workflows continuously
