About the Role
As an HR Generalist with our organisation, you’ll play a pivotal role in building an exceptional workforce and fostering a thriving workplace culture.
Ideal Candidate (must have requirements)
- The ideal candidate should be an HR generalist with at least 1 year of relevant experience in day-to-day HR activities and programs, specifically but not limited to:
- Employee Relations – Handling ER Cases
- Compensation and Benefits – Statutory and Internal
- Employee Onboarding – New Hire Onboarding
- Employee Information and File Management – HRIS data entry and HRIS reports generation
- Graduate of Psychology, BS BA major in Human Resource Management; or any equivalent degree
- Knowledge in Philippine Employee Relations Management
- Knowledge in Legal and Regulatory Compliance
- Knowledgeable and skilled in compensation and benefits handling
- Knowledge in Documentation, inventory and reports generation (clinic supplies reports, coordination with office messenger, etc.)
- Knows HR Technology and Data Management
- Highly analytical and with high initiative
- With good verbal and written English communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Highly resilient and adaptable to change; high emotional intelligence
- Amenable to working on-site (IT Park Cebu/Robinsons Cybergate Delta Davao)
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Employee Relations processing
- In charge of Employee Relations Cases relating to VAP Employee Minor cases up to the closure of the case
- In charge of employee transfers/ reprofiling – transfer for the reprofile process
- Onboarding of New Hires
- Assists in the preparation of New Hire Kits
- Assists in conducting New Hire Orientation
- Compensation and Benefits
- Processes VAP Emergency Loans
- Processes VAP Service Awards
- In charge of COE generation and release
- HRIS Management
- HRIS Data Entry
- Other HRIS Data/ Admin Management
- May serve as back-up on functions completed by HR team members
- HRIS Reports, systems, processes and policy improvements and innovations

No, we are an offshore service provider and operate differently from traditional BPOs. As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll work directly with the client you are assigned to.
A Virtual Assistant is an individual who provides remote support to a client, which may include general administrative help or specialised services. You could be your client’s sole VA or part of a team supporting their business needs.

We only offer full-time positions. Work setup depends on the client’s needs and flexibility, but some roles may allow work-from-home arrangements.
No, as a stable internet connection is a non-negotiable requirement. However, we offer a competitive salary package above market rate, and our offices remain open for staff experiencing internet or electricity issues.
Yes, we provide HMO coverage.
Most of our clients are in Australia, so most roles follow a PH time day shift work schedule.
Most clients follow standard business days (Monday to Friday), so VAP follows a weekend rest day schedule.
You’ll follow your client’s AU public holidays. This means you’ll work on PH holidays but with PH holiday premium pay.
Holiday Break: We offer a 2-week paid holiday break from Christmas to New Year. If your client requests you to work during this time and you agree, you’ll receive Rest Day overtime pay.
Yes, we provide both vacation and sick leave. Vacation leave is not convertible to cash, as we encourage work-life balance and want our staff to enjoy their time off. Unused vacation leave carries over to the next year.
We offer sign-on bonuses occasionally, depending on the role. Yes, these are taxable.
Salary packages depend on your skills, background, and relevant work experience aligned with the role.
