About the Role

As an Admin Virtual Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to international clients, helping them streamline their daily operations. Your tasks may include managing emails and calendars, handling data entry and reports, coordinating schedules, and assisting with customer service. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in an organized environment and are eager to gain global work experience.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)

  • Must have completed 2 years in college (any course) or completed senior high school
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience from a relevant industry (office-based or remote) is required
  • Strong English communication skills – written and verbal
  • Tech-savvy with MS Office, GSuite, and online tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Amenable to working on-site (either IT Park Cebu / Robinsons Cybergate Delta Davao)

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage emails, calendars, and appointments for clients
