Your team member starts with you from day one. Depending on the tasks you delegate, they typically work without guidance after one to two weeks, and our clients tell us they are contributing meaningfully within four weeks of their start date. This is no different from onboarding a new starter in your local team. You will have a Success Manager who supports your team member and guides the ramp-up, and you can add training at any point if you choose.
We train our team on the platforms Australian mortgage brokers actually use. That includes aggregator CRMs such as; Mercury, Symmetry, Salestrekker and BrokerEngine. This includes application platforms ApplyOnline (AOL, NextGen.Net) and LoanApp, serviceability tools like Quickli, plus the usual desktop tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, DocuSign, Slack and Zoom. If you use something specific, we upskill your team on it during onboarding.
Yes. You can request a replacement team member at any time and we will rematch you with another candidate at no extra cost. We only ask that you provide written feedback to your Success Manager on performance, behaviour or cultural fit, so we can manage the process properly. All VAP contracts are month-to-month with no lock-in. Most issues never reach that point, because your Success Manager catches concerns early, but if it is not working we manage the whole process for you.
Pricing is a flat monthly fee per dedicated team member, billed one month in advance. It is all-inclusive, covering your team member's salary, health insurance, 13th-month bonus and statutory entitlements, plus their workstation, computer and software. There is no hourly billing and no long-term contract. Engagement is month-to-month, so you can scale up or down, and your Success Manager is included throughout. Exact pricing depends on the role and experience level, and is confirmed in your discovery call quote.
Yes. We are ISO 27001:2022 certified, the international standard for information security management. Our offices are secure with RFID swipe card access, CCTV monitoring, a paperless environment and all USB ports disabled. All staff sign confidentiality agreements and policies that exceed Australian standards. Access to your client data is role based, logged, and revoked the moment a team member leaves your account.
Your VA is dedicated to you only. They work full-time only for your business, learn your processes and integrate with your Australian team. We are an Employer of Record (EOR), they are not contractors or freelancers.
