About the Role
We’re looking for a Property Management VA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience in property management, whether in real estate, rentals, Airbnb, or strata. You’ll play a vital role in keeping daily operations seamless, managing client communication, digital documentation, scheduling, and other essential administrative tasks.
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)
- 1–2 years of experience in property, real estate, Airbnb, or strata management in a local or international setup.
- With at least 3 years of cumulative professional working experience.
- Familiarity with tools like OneDrive, DocuSign, or property management platforms.
- Prior administrative support experience, ideally in an outsourcing setup.
- Strong customer service and phone handling skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Professional communicator—polite, confident, and assertive when needed.
- Tech-savvy and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Amenable to work on-site (either IT ParkCebu / Robinsons Cybergate Delta Davao)
Task and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication(calls, emails, inquiries).
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, andschedules.
- Organise and maintain cloud-based files viaOneDrive.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on DocuSigndocuments.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, tenants,or residents.
- Communicate with stakeholders in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide general administrative support across the team.
