Digital Marketing - Paid Ads

About the Role

The Digital Marketing – Paid Ads & SEO Specialist will lead campaigns across Meta and Google advertising platforms and optimise content for search engines. You will manage paid campaigns, monitor performance, implement SEO strategies, and work closely with internal teams to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. Familiarity with Australian marketing platforms is a plus but not required.

Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)

  • Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website optimisation
  • Comfortable handling multiple campaigns and analysing campaign performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in marketing and analytics tools, including:
    • Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
    • Google Analytics
    • SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent)
    • Canva or similar content creation tools
    • Mailchimp or other email marketing/CRM systems
    • WordPress, Kajabi, or Squarespace
    • Project management tools
  • Willing to work onsite in our Davao Office (Robinsons Cybergate Delta)

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta and Google paid ad campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and optimise for conversions and ROI
  • Conduct SEO audits and implement strategies to improve website visibility and traffic
  • Create and update website marketing content with SEO best practices in mind
  • Maintain CRM pipelines and manage leads generated from paid campaigns
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing initiatives
  • Provide insights and recommendations for campaign and website performance improvements
