Australian Paralegal

About the Role
The Australian Paralegal provides high-quality administrative support to our clients' legal teams remotely. This role requires experience within the Australian legal system and a commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)
- Experienced as a legal assistant or paralegal
- Solid knowledge of Australian law terminology and legal documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Experience with practice management systems is advantageous
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Draft and format legal documents
- Manage files according to legal protocols
- Liaise professionally and compassionately with clients via email
- Handled diary management, scheduling, and coordinating meetings
- Enter data and maintain accurate file notes in practice management systems
- Provide general administrative support to solicitors as required
