About the Role
We’re seeking a highly capable and data-driven Acquisition Marketing Specialist to take ownership of lead generation and conversion across digital channels. This evolved role builds on a foundation of digital campaign coordination and now plays a key function in executing and optimising paid media, overseeing the company website, and continuously improving how we attract and convert prospects online.
You’ll collaborate with performance marketing partners, creatives, developers, and the Senior Marketing Manager to grow qualified traffic and drive measurable business outcomes.
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Experience)
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a digital marketing or acquisition-focused role.
- Demonstrated success in supporting or managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar email marketing and automation platforms.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms, ideally both WordPress and Webflow.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and tactics for increasing qualified organic traffic.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and ability to interpret marketing performance data.
- Experience building, editing, and optimising landing pages and email workflows.
- Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to brand quality.
- Based in Cebu but can work in a hybrid setup with stakeholders across Australia and the Philippines.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with third-party contractors (e.g. performance marketers, web developers, creative production teams).
- Basic HTML knowledge (e.g. editing email templates, landing page tweaks).
- Background in B2B marketing or the outsourcing sector.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva, Looker Studio, or SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Coordination & Performance Reporting
- Support the management and optimisation of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Act as the key liaison between external performance managers and the internal creative team to produce high-performing ad assets.
- Complete weekly traffic, lead, and conversion reports, identifying trends and surfacing opportunities for improvement.
- Stay across competitor activity and evolving acquisition best practices to keep campaigns sharp and relevant.
Website Management (Webflow & CMS)
- Manage our corporate website (migrating from WordPress to Webflow), overseeing updates, enhancements, and bug fixes in coordination with our web agency.
- Ensure the website is always up-to-date, visually compelling, SEO-optimised, and delivering a seamless user experience.
Landing Page Creation & Optimisation
- Build and optimise landing pages in both HubSpot and Webflow to support campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Adjust and iterate landing pages based on performance insights to boost conversion rates.
Resource & Asset Development
- Oversee the creation of lead magnets and downloadable content (eBooks, tools, whitepapers), collaborating with content writers and graphic designers.
- Ensure that all assets are on-brand, high quality, and aligned with campaign goals.
Email Nurturing & Automation
- Build, test, and optimise email workflows in HubSpot (or similar platform) to support lead nurturing and pipeline conversion.
- Examples include: Post-Enquiry Nurtures, Webinar Follow-Ups, and Discovery Call Re-engagement series.
Content Production Oversight
- Coordinate with external videographers and photographers for shoots in the Cebu office, ensuring content is brand-aligned and fit for purpose.
Brand & Creative Standards
- Partner with the Graphic Designer and Project & Internal Marketing Coordinator to uphold the quality of all VA Platinum-branded assets.
- Act as a brand guardian to ensure visual and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.

Yes, we provide HMO coverage.
Most of our clients are in Australia, so most roles follow a PH time day shift work schedule.
Most clients follow standard business days (Monday to Friday), so VAP follows a weekend rest day schedule.
You’ll follow your client’s AU public holidays. This means you’ll work on PH holidays but with PH holiday premium pay.
Holiday Break: We offer a 2-week paid holiday break from Christmas to New Year. If your client requests you to work during this time and you agree, you’ll receive Rest Day overtime pay.
Yes, we provide both vacation and sick leave. Vacation leave is not convertible to cash, as we encourage work-life balance and want our staff to enjoy their time off. Unused vacation leave carries over to the next year.
We offer sign-on bonuses occasionally, depending on the role. Yes, these are taxable.
