General Admin Support

About the Role

We’re seeking a General Admin Support to support Australian businesses. Focus on file management, administrative duties, email and social media management (if needed), and client relations. Our clients seek dedicated superstars eager to grow their businesses.

Applicants must be willing to work on-site (either IT Park Cebu / Robinsons Cybergate Delta Davao)

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)

  • Must have completed 2 years in college (any course) or completed senior high school
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in customer service, sales and e-commerce, banking, finance and commerce, accounting, marketing, or human resources. Experience in administrative roles is also preferred
  • Proficiency in using Google and/or Microsoft Office applications, database management tools, and other computer skills
  • Experience with invoicing, complex administrative tasks, and client relations is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent email and calendar management abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Amenable to working on-site (either IT Park Cebu / Robinsons Cybergate Delta Davao)

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Entering and documenting data, and assisting with forms or loan applications
  • Managing emails and calendars
  • Updating and maintaining client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Coordinating with customers and clients, including prospects and existing clients
  • Handling client social media administration as needed
  • Documenting and improving processes as required
  • Conducting research, reporting, and managing vendors as necessary
