Finance and Accounting Admin VA

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Accounting and Finance Admin VA to support our finance team with bookkeeping, client coordination, and general office administration. The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication, and proficiency in accounting and office tools.

Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)

  • Completed at least 2 years in college (any course)
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in accounting, finance, banking, commerce, or other administrative roles
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, accounting software, and database management tools
  • Experience with invoicing, bookkeeping, financial reporting, or client account management is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong e-mail, calendar, and document management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Amenable to working onsite (IT Park, Cebu)

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and processing financial documents
  • Manage emails, calendars, and client communications efficiently
  • Update and maintain client records in CRM or accounting systems
  • Coordinate with clients, prospects, and vendors as needed
  • Support social media or online client communications (as needed)
  • Document processes and suggest improvements for efficiency
  • Prepare reports, conduct research, and assist with vendor management
