Software Developer / AI Expert (Contractual)
On-site (either IT Park Cebu / Robinsons Cybergate Delta Davao) or WFH
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Software Developer / AI Expert to design, build, and manage AI-powered automation and agentic systems across multiple business functions. The focus is on workflow automation, AI agents, and system integrations that improve efficiency, scalability, and decision-making.
Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)
- Solid years of experience in automation, AI systems, or workflow optimisation
- Good hands-on experience with AI tools, agents, or LLM workflows
- Strong understanding of agentic AI and autonomous workflows
- Experience with Claude, OpenAI, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar tools
- Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate or similar platforms
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Basic to intermediate Python or PHP skills
- Experience with CRMs, databases, or cloud tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple automation projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven mindset
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Build and deploy agentic AI systems for business automation
- Create AI workflows using Claude, OpenAI, LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen
- Integrate AI agents with CRMs, databases, and internal systems
- Develop automations using Zapier, Make, n8n, or Power Automate
- Identify and remove repetitive manual processes
- Analyse workflows and recommend automation improvements
- Maintain documentation for systems and automations
- Monitor performance and fix workflow issues
- Support AI adoption across teams and departments
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance
