Senior Recruitment Specialist
On-site (either IT Park Cebu / Robinsons Cybergate Delta Davao)
About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a Senior Recruitment Specialist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make great things happen. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that works together to hit weekly and monthly recruitment targets. Your mission? To find top talent for the amazing Clients we support. You'll be reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager.
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)
- At least 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in niche or specialised roles is preferred
- Recruiters from Executive firms or Recruitment firms are preferred
- Background in sourcing or marketing is a bonus
- Skilled in using various recruitment platforms
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Superb time management and administrative skills
- Adaptable, self-driven, and works well independently
- Confident with video calls and virtual collaboration
- Must be amenable to work onsite either at Cebu or Davao Offices (IT Park, Cebu/ Robinsons Cybergate Delta, Davao)
Tasks and Responsibilities
- End-to-end candidate screening, interviewing, and assessments
- Matching candidate profiles with client requirements
- Team collaboration to smash weekly/monthly goals
- Coaching teammates and sharing recruitment best practices
- Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and our CEO
- Leading process improvements in recruitment
- Creating compelling job descriptions
- Handling daily ad hoc tasks as needed
