About the Role
The Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist will manage strategic and day-to-day recruitment marketing activities. This includes analysing target demographics, creating sourcing plans, promoting employee referral programs, organising job fairs and community events, and exploring new sourcing channels.
Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment marketing, content creation, or social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics
- Proven success running social media recruitment campaigns and building pipelines for high-volume roles.
- Experience in community engagement and building partnerships with schools, universities, and local organisations.
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing best practices.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably someone based in Davao, or willing to relocate to Davao
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment marketing and advertising initiatives, focusing on generating high-quality leads to expand the company’s talent pool.
- Use digital platforms, social media, and traditional advertising channels to enhance employer branding and increase talent pipeline growth.
- Spearhead the sourcing and screening of a qualified candidate pool, executing planned initiatives such as Job Caravans, Job Fairs, Road Shows (Employee Referral), and University talks to meet hiring needs.
- Source and coordinate LGU and PESO linkage requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and repurpose content for blogs, email, and social media
- Monitor ad performance metrics and optimise campaigns based on conversion and foot traffic data
- Manage ad budgets and prepare clear invoices for approval and execution
- Design and create promotional materials for the Employee Referral Program

Most of our clients are in Australia, so most roles follow a PH time day shift work schedule.
Most clients follow standard business days (Monday to Friday), so VAP follows a weekend rest day schedule.
You’ll follow your client’s AU public holidays. This means you’ll work on PH holidays but with PH holiday premium pay.
Holiday Break: We offer a 2-week paid holiday break from Christmas to New Year. If your client requests you to work during this time and you agree, you’ll receive Rest Day overtime pay.
Yes, we provide both vacation and sick leave. Vacation leave is not convertible to cash, as we encourage work-life balance and want our staff to enjoy their time off. Unused vacation leave carries over to the next year.
We offer sign-on bonuses occasionally, depending on the role. Yes, these are taxable.
