About the Role
We are looking for an Insurance Admin Support to support our claims team in managing insurance cases end-to-end. You will liaise with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure claims are processed efficiently and professionally. Your role will involve reviewing documents and evidence, preparing necessary correspondence, guiding clients through the claims process, and helping achieve timely and accurate settlements while providing excellent customer service.

- Experience in insurance claims handling or administration (any insurance type)
- Confident communicator and negotiator with clients, insurers, or third parties
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing documents and evidence
- Calm and professional when managing challenging situations
- Intermediate computer skills, comfortable navigating multiple systems
- Excellent organisation, multitasking, and time management skills
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and solutions-oriented
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage insurance claims end-to-end, from intake to resolution
- Liaise with clients, insurers, third parties, and relevant stakeholders
- Negotiates settlements where applicable via phone, email, or written correspondence
- Review and assess supporting documents, statements, and evidence
- Prepared documentation, including client correspondence and internal notes
- Guide clients through the claims process with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of claims, communications, and updates
- Handle escalations and collaborate with legal or external parties if required
- Provide empathetic support to clients during stressful claims situations

Most of our clients are in Australia, so most roles follow a PH time day shift work schedule.
Most clients follow standard business days (Monday to Friday), so VAP follows a weekend rest day schedule.
You’ll follow your client’s AU public holidays. This means you’ll work on PH holidays but with PH holiday premium pay.
Holiday Break: We offer a 2-week paid holiday break from Christmas to New Year. If your client requests you to work during this time and you agree, you’ll receive Rest Day overtime pay.
Yes, we provide both vacation and sick leave. Vacation leave is not convertible to cash, as we encourage work-life balance and want our staff to enjoy their time off. Unused vacation leave carries over to the next year.
We offer sign-on bonuses occasionally, depending on the role. Yes, these are taxable.
