Insurance Admin Support

About the Role

We are looking for an Insurance Admin Support to support our claims team in managing insurance cases end-to-end. You will liaise with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure claims are processed efficiently and professionally. Your role will involve reviewing documents and evidence, preparing necessary correspondence, guiding clients through the claims process, and helping achieve timely and accurate settlements while providing excellent customer service.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Experience)

  • Experience in insurance claims handling or administration (any insurance type)
  • Confident communicator and negotiator with clients, insurers, or third parties
  • Strong attention to detail when reviewing documents and evidence
  • Calm and professional when managing challenging situations
  • Intermediate computer skills, comfortable navigating multiple systems
  • Excellent organisation, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and solutions-oriented
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage insurance claims end-to-end, from intake to resolution
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, third parties, and relevant stakeholders
  • Negotiates settlements where applicable via phone, email, or written correspondence
  • Review and assess supporting documents, statements, and evidence
  • Prepared documentation, including client correspondence and internal notes
  • Guide clients through the claims process with clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of claims, communications, and updates
  • Handle escalations and collaborate with legal or external parties if required
  • Provide empathetic support to clients during stressful claims situations
