About the Role
The client is seeking a hands-on Business Systems & AI Automation Lead to improve how the business operates across systems, e-commerce, integrations, reporting, and internal workflows.
Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)
- Experience in improving business systems and workflows
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms
- Strong understanding of e-commerce systems and marketplaces
- Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Comfortable with basic coding concepts and technical troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Preferably experienced with CIN7, Xero, Salesforce, Amazon, eBay, or Temu
- Amenable working onsite (IT Park, Cebu City)
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Improve and streamline business systems and workflows across departments
- Build and manage AI-driven automations to reduce manual work
- Use tools like Zapier, Make, and Power Automate for workflow automation
- Work with AI coding tools to support scripts, automation, and system improvements
- Support APIs, integrations, and coordination with external developers
- Manage WordPress and WooCommerce updates, content, and product data
- Support e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, and Temu
- Build dashboards and reports for leadership visibility
- Automate reporting across sales, inventory, and operations
- Support ISO documentation, SOPs, and compliance workflows
- Train staff on systems, AI tools, and automated processes
