We have been operating since 2017 as Oakmont Financial Group and are a full service financial planning firm. I am the wealth director and primarily deal with retiree and pre-retirees.

How did you hear about VA Platinum?

Through a college in the industry.

What were your initial thoughts and feelings about outsourcing? How has this changed since working with VA Platinum?

I was initially skeptical. I had previously used an outsourcing solution in 2017 and found the quality of work to be poor. Working with VA Platinum and their dedicated success managers and training programs have mitigated these concerns.

What advice would you give to someone thinking about hiring a VA to help them achieve their business and personal goals? (this could be the best way to onboard, train or create systems with your VA or anything else you can think of)

Spend the time explaining and coaching.

What are your future plans when it comes to working with VA Platinum? Eg: Would you look at hiring more VAs?

If required, yes. We have decided, firm wide, that any future administration positions will be through VA Platinum.
