About the Role
As a Project Management Lead (Client Success Lead), you will take ownership of complex and high-impact client projects from discovery through to final delivery. You will work closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders to scope solutions, manage delivery, solve problems, and ensure projects are executed successfully across multiple workstreams.
This is a client-facing role suited to someone experienced in project delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination within fast-paced environments.
Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)
• Experience managing complex end to end client projects across multiple teams
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills
• Ability to scope, structure, and deliver projects independently
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Highly organised with strong documentation and project tracking capability
• Comfortable managing shifting priorities and project ambiguity
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficient with project management and collaboration tools
• Preferably with experience in agency, marketing, digital, consultancy, or professional services environments
• Preferably familiar with Monday.com, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
• Preferably with experience writing scopes of work, project briefs, or SOPs
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Lead end to end delivery of complex client projects
• Run project scoping, discovery, and planning sessions with clients
• Build structured project plans, milestones, and delivery frameworks
• Coordinate internal teams and manage stakeholder alignment
• Monitor project risks, blockers, and delivery timelines proactively
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status tracking
• Lead project kick offs, reviews, and delivery check ins
• Collaborate with client support and production teams for smooth handoffs
• Report project updates, escalations, and milestones to leadership
• Develop SOPs and repeatable processes for project delivery

Most of our clients are in Australia, so most roles follow a PH time day shift work schedule.
Most clients follow standard business days (Monday to Friday), so VAP follows a weekend rest day schedule.
You’ll follow your client’s AU public holidays. This means you’ll work on PH holidays but with PH holiday premium pay.
Holiday Break: We offer a 2-week paid holiday break from Christmas to New Year. If your client requests you to work during this time and you agree, you’ll receive Rest Day overtime pay.
Yes, we provide both vacation and sick leave. Vacation leave is not convertible to cash, as we encourage work-life balance and want our staff to enjoy their time off. Unused vacation leave carries over to the next year.
We offer sign-on bonuses occasionally, depending on the role. Yes, these are taxable.
