Outbound Collections Representative

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)

  • Experience in a customer service environment, either over the phone or face-to-face
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • The willingness to go “above and beyond” for our customers
  • Strong customer service ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Solutions-focused and the ability to make decisions to resolve a customer’s financial situation
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, negotiate, handle multiple priorities and manage expectations
  • High levels of resilience and ability to cope well under pressure and with customers in need
  • Amenable to work onsite in our Cebu City Site: 14F, FilInvest Cyberzone Tower 1, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Average of 150-200 action accounts per day
  • Conduct outbound and inbound collection calls in high volumes
  • Successfully identify customers experiencing financial hardship
  • Identify and recommend customers for alternative Collection activities (e.g. repossessions, field calls, legal action, etc.)
  • Conduct investigations and skip tracing to locate customers
  • Take end to end accountability for accounts assigned to you
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team targets each month
  • Understand and comply with all regulatory requirements and quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail and integrity
