AU Financial Planning Admin - Implementation

About the Role

As an Australian Financial Planning Administrator, you will focus on the full implementation of approved financial advice. You will collaborate with advisers, paraplanners, and product providers to ensure recommendations across investments, superannuation, and insurance are executed accurately and on time.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)

  • Experience supporting an Australian financial planning firm with a focus on advice implementation
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end implementation processes for Statements of Advice (SoA) and Records of Advice (RoA)
  • Proficiency in Xplan or AdviserLogic for workflow management and tracking
  • Strong understanding of superannuation, pensions, investments, and insurance products
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple implementation tasks
  • Clear and professional communication skills when liaising with advisers, providers, and internal teams
  • Highly organised with a proactive approach to following up and meeting deadlines
  • Preferably with experience in cost comparisons and product research to support advice delivery
  • Amenable to work setup depending on business or client requirements

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation process for SoAs and RoAs, ensuring all recommendations are executed correctly
  • Coordinate with fund managers, insurance providers, and platform administrators for investment switches, insurance applications, rollovers, and contributions
  • Track and monitor the progress of all implementation tasks, following up with providers to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain accurate client records, CRM data, and compliance documentation
  • Prepare and gather supporting documents, including application forms and authority documents
  • Assist in cost comparisons and product research to support advice delivery when required
